Swedish massage is the most commonly offered and best-known form of relaxation massage. It is a truly soothing transformation for the body and mind, and ideal for those new to massage therapy. The therapist uses a firm but gentle pressure with smooth and rhythmical flowing strokes directed to deeply relax the mind and body.

DEEP TISSUE/TRIGGER POINT MASSAGE
This more therapeutic form of massage is aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia. It is a more focused technique, as the therapist works to release chronic muscle tension or adhesions. Using a combination of compression and therapeutic deep pressure, this more intense massage targets specific muscle groups, melting away chronic aches and tension, increasing flexibility and stimulating the body's natural healing process.

SWEDISH/THAI FUSION MASSAGE
My fusion massage is a combination of DEEP therapeutic stretches of Eastern Thai Massage integrated with the gliding and compressive strokes of Swedish Massage on the table, to create a massage like no other. Fusion massage is a more interactive massage and is particularly beneficial to athletes or anyone interested in deep stretches. By the end of the massage the receiver feels completely balanced, relaxed, rejuvenated and ready for their day.

HOT STONE MASSAGE
Experience the different textures and sensations included in this unique spa offering. Hot stone massage is a specialty treatment where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones. They are often basalt a black volcanic rock that absorbs and retains heat well, and can be found on the beaches of northwest Oregon. This is a deeply soothing, relaxing form of massage with the heat helping tight muscles to relax, resulting in an expeience of total tranquility.
